Please don't forget about the Homecoming Parade Thursday night at 5:15!!!

Math Test
We will have a math test on Tuesday (tomorrow)! If I feel that the students are not ready I will move it to later in the week.

Science Test
We will have a Science test on Thursday this week. I have given each student a study guide. We will finish Chapter 2 on Tuesday, review on Wednesday, and test on Thursday. Please help your child study!!

Important Dates
September 12 - Homecoming Parade at 5:15
September 13 - We will dismiss at 12:00!!!!!!

September 27 – Grandparents Day

Spelling words

I will add the spelling words each week just in case someone leaves the list at school or loses their list.

rot, shot, crop, sock, clock, clock, body, spot, stocking, lobby, stop, got, lots, job, pond

bonus words to study: because, theater, Liberal. (Study all three of these words during the week. I will pick one on Friday to use as the bonus word.)
We will also have a dictation sentence each week.

Homework

Homework will mostly be the same each week. The main thing that will change will be the math pages sent home. These will be sent home in the daily homework folder.

Reading: Read Priscilla, Meet Felicity, study vocabulary

Spelling: Study spelling words

Math: worksheet or workbook page (depending upon the skill)
Science: Study for test

Classwork: finish any classwork not finished at school
