Movie Under the Stars by the PTO
Movie Under the Stars shirts are being sold tomorrow in the front lobby of the school for $10. The night for Movie Under the Stars is this Thursday, November 14. Gates open at 5:45 and the movie begins at 6:30. Admission is $1. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, but no outside concessions are allowed.
Math Test
We will have a math test this Friday. We will have our 100 problem test tomorrow on 1-6 facts and next week we will add in the 7's.
Science Test
We will have a Science test on Friday. We will be filling out the study guide tomorrow for them to bring home to start studying.
Spelling Test
Our spelling test will still be on Thursday this week even though it is a short week. This was a class decision.

Spelling words
noisy, choice, grouch, growl, puddle, dirt, pear, corner, rare, return, clouds, tangled, cradle, noise, jangled
bonus words to study: Thanksgiving, fungi, bacteria. (Study all three of these words during the week. I will pick one on Thursday to use as the bonus word.)
We will also have a dictation sentence each week.

Homework
Homework will mostly be the same each week. The main thing that will change will be the math pages sent home. These will be sent home in the daily homework folder.
Reading: Make Way for Ducklings, study vocabulary
Spelling: Study spelling words
Math: worksheet or workbook page (depending upon the skill)
Science: Study for test
Science: Study for test
Classwork: finish any classwork not finished at school
